Shipping Rates & Policies

Orders received after 12:00PM EST will be processed the following business day. Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt, unless otherwise specified in product description. USPS is our preferred shipping method.

* Certain shipping options are not available in all areas. Additional shipping may apply for residents outside of the continental U.S.

Number of shipping days are based on business days (Monday thru Friday and no holidays.).

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table above. APO/FPO shipments are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Up to $100.00 in insurance coverage automatically included with any orders shipped UPS ground. Please note, regarding returns, originating shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders outside of the Continental United States:
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will incur a $3.00 up-charge above standard shipping. For information regarding international shipments/billing please email us at schoolstore@pittcentralcatholic.org. Additional shipping charges will apply to any order outside of the continental U.S. and will be in addition to what displays in your shopping cart.
