Central Catholic Crew is a club sport that offers rowing on the Freshman, Lightweight, Junior Varsity and Varsity levels. Competitions are held in both the fall and spring. We have traditionally dominated local competition and look to powerhouse crews from the mid-west and eastern schools for competition. Instruction begins for novices in the fall focusing on technique and conditioning, then switches to strength endurance, racing skills, and mental toughness for spring competition. Returning oarsmen have the opportunity to train and race with the team all year long.
